Diagnostic dilemmas, intolerable side effects, or repeated treatment failures are common situations that frustrate many patients and doctors. They do however, often have solutions.
Evaluations involve a psychological evaluation, a medication-specific psychological assessment, psychotherapy assessment, psychological or neuropsychiatric testing where it’s indicated, or an analysis of relationship patterns with an existing treatment provider.
The results of these evaluations may be communicated verbally or through a written report to the referring clinician as well as directly to the patient. Dr. Collori is also available as an ongoing consultant to the patient and provider for a variety of treatment dilemmas involving psychotherapy or medications.
